The new map has 30+ pallets on it...
Really... need I say more? While some may argue "But they are unsafe pallets"
Pallets are pallets, the only thing that makes unsafe pallets useful is when survivors stick around. But if they just throw and go you will be losing insane distance. Some rooms even have 2 pallets in them less than 8 meters apart!
Either the map is bugged and spawning way too many pallets or they really poorly designed how many pallets can spawn.
The suggestion. Bring the max amount of pallets on that map down to 20. Make them spawn 16+ meters apart, and boom. A greatly balanced map to go with a pretty good killer.
But hopefully its just a bug spawning nearly every possible pallet location on the map.
