Can survivors actually just run out the exit with a pig trap on their head, what sort of bs is this.

1st pig game for absolute ages and this just happened. Thats ridiculous if its the case.

    If the trap isn't activated, survivors can run out the exit gate. For a trap to activate, a gen has to be completed after the trap is put on the survivor's head. If the Pig puts a trap on the survivor's head after the last gen was completed, it will never activate, making it nothing but a cute hat.

    yeah, there is a new rule to the RBTs:

    • a survivor can escape with a trap on his head, when the trap is inactive
    • the RBTs will only activate, after a generator has been completed. when all gens are done, they will not activate anymore when you apply them to survivors.

    these have been added to make up for the 2 minute timer appearing when a door gets opened, so that endgame pig is not completely broken.

    i kinda understand why they did it, but imo it was too much of a nerf to miss piggy, as she got nothing in return.
