Survivor perk - cold shoulder
Once per trial, you can interact with a hook to weaken it's structural integrity.
The next time a killer would use the hook, it breaks. The falling metal stuns the killer.
May be kind of strong but as a one time use, would see play in sabo builds possibly.

I could see it working, pair it with other stunning perks
Id say you can change that one hook, but once its used up its gone. Also sabo speed should get increased by 15%/25%/35% so this perk can be good in sabo category
