Nobody runs it anymore because you are wasting too much time just so it comes back and you wasted that time for nothing. How about.

The last 2/4/6 hooks you sabotaged won’t come back until after the time they would come back and when a survivor is hooked.

you guys must be thinking “That’s op, they can just Sabo 24 hooks and never get on hook” that’s why I put does not stack. If a team would Sabo more the 6 hooks the first hooks Sabo would come back. So only 6 hooks can be gone at once

    Other than wording being a little off, couldnt survivors create massive safe zone?

    Survivors would just create safe zones as mentioned above. They could even run no mither with it so killer would not be able to kill them at all unless facecamping each slug so they bleed out. Would be really unfun for killer & the survivors.
