Alien DLC???

Now with the possibilities of non-humanoid killers, its all coming together... I can see it now, the Alien with Ripley, on the Nostromo, where you can look out windows and see the void of space. with a dark Alien: Isolation vibe and hundreds of mori possibilities. The second Michael was released as the first licensed killer, this has been on my mind, and now its finally a possibility. While I don't see it coming soon, I can definitely see it releasing along side the next Alien film. And i know for a fact that behavior have thought of this themselves, its just too good of a match. Let me know your thoughts and the likelihood of this happening. See you in the fog!

    @Weck Predator would depend on the licensing terms Illfonic and Sony have for the character for the upcoming PS4-only Predator asymmetrical game. That character might not be available to a competing game in the same (i.e. asymmetrical) video game genre.

    I also wonder, if the game does well enough, if they might have an Alien DLC planned for it, since Alien vs Predator has been a thing since the original Dark Horse comics in the 1990s, even before the films. Which might also make Alien unavailable, too.

    All killers have either been human, or a humanoid monster for a reason. If they wanted to stay true to the character like they have with all other killers, The Alien would be pretty undnerwhelming to its movie counterpart.

    This Stranger Things chapter was something they couldn't give up, it would have increased their playercount and look where we are now. Just to reference it, what if NX actually wanted their show into a killer game and BHVR saw it as being convenient? My point is that companies will break lore if they see an opportunity to get cashflow, and the substance of players.

    Space wouldn't be possible even if the Entity wanted so. They need to stay to lore a bit, might sound contradictory to my last response, but... Look, listen. A monstrous creature is OK now since we have the Demogorgon, even the Predator! Point is that it just wouldn't fit into the universe. Maybe if they could twist it because of cash flow, but...
