Bbq/wglf should give aura reading and have the bloodpoint bonus default.
Bloodpoint bonus from these perks should be a taught and global portion of the game ie if someone unhooks someone safely they can get up to 25% extra bloodpoints, along with killers hooking people getting up to 25% extra bloodpoints for individual survivors. This would encourage globally better play, without forcing the people who run the perks into a playstyle.
It should notify the player when this effect is coming into play so newer players are encouraged to do this.
For survivors it could be given for each type of objective done. Or simply just for safe hook saves to keep it basic. Or it could be as simple as surviving doubles your BP, and whilst this one could encourage bad play, it would also encourage survivors to play as optimally as they can for themselves in order to effectively "win" survivor idea can obviously be adjusted as I feel 4 safe hook saves might be too easy for basekit but I want to encourage playing optimally globally not just for runners of the perk.
For killers this could be simply hooking everyone once like now, or it could be a stackable bonus that increases up to 100% depending on how many survivors progress through their hook stages etc. You could even have killers (and survivors too) LOSE out on potential bloodpoint bonus by playing unfairly or unoptimally. Things like camping or farming team mates could lock you out of the bonus or restrict it until your restore it through other actions.
Tldr : bloodpoint bonus from the two perks should be given by default to players who are playing well and wglf should have it's effect changed to reveal the aura of the killer unless their in stealth/terror radius distance. Unsure of how it would work entirely but wanted to bring it up to see how other people thought of the idea.

Wglf doesn't need aura reading. Unlike BBQ which allows survivors to counter without perks there is currently no features which would grant killers the same counterplay.
