New survivor perk: Nature’s Toolshed

Searches through chests are 40%/60%/80% faster and the noises they cause along with their hearing distance is reduced by 8 meters. Nature’s Toolshed guarantees a commodious Toolbox on your first completes chest search.

If pharmacy is equipped you will get an emergency medkit before you get a commodious toolbox.

There could also be one with a flashlight and you get a green one maybe and it goes 1. Medkit 2. Toolbox 3. Flashlight

    Except they're still gonna be garbage though. With Pharmacy, instead of just giving a green medkit, it should come with gauze roll and gel dressing addons to get multiple heals off of it. Same with the toolbox and flashlight idea, give them more charges through addons to make it last longer in the game.

    There shouldn't be an order of which perk works first since it takes away the mystery of what you're gonna get from all the chests. They should make it so that they don't work together. So whichever perk you put in your first slot will work but the others won't.
