Well the PTB is the 3rd, I would say they already did it. I think they take the snap shot a week before? I'm not sure myself.
Rip, just got 1M BP today, probably won't have that much in the PTB
They always take the data from the last weekend (saturday or sunday)
I find by the time they announce it... They have already done it.
