There is no stream today.
We also have not announced any dates for a blood hunt yet.

We are aware. That wiki is not run by the dev team. I wouldn't rely on any information that has not been officially confirmed.

It's in the next update, yes. (Same time as chapter 13.)
next update. They dont really do patches outside of their normal schedule unless its a serious emergency situation.
Should I remove this, then? That was not added by me either, but I know how the person came to this conclusion. I don't know if this should be on the main page if it's not officially confirmed.

Just knowing when the PTB is out would be enough for me, I'm checking twitter and the forums every 1 hour.
That's not true. They generally do at least one patch a week or two after the release of a chapter. Sometimes they'll do two. There's not much in the way of content in these patches but it doesn't have to be for an emergency at all.
