Rework solo and SWF queues

Survivors can choose to solo queue instead of SWF and get 15% more BP and EXP.

Killers can choose SWF queue instead of solo and get 15% more BP and EXP.

Would reward both sides for choosing a harder game mode.

Any thoughts ?
