Crafting and selling items, add ons and offerings

So are we ever gonna get a crafting and selling system? It would be really cool if you could scrap x amount of brown add ons to get 1 yellow add on of the same kind and so on. Ultra rares you would still only get from the bloodweb to keep it balanced.

Also if you could sell add ons, items and offerings for like 20% of the original cost that would be great too.

But i particularly i would like the crafting.
