Imo there's too many of those perks and some are much too OP.

So Instead of changing survivors as a whole, I thought why not modify the perk status instead kinda like the DS nerf.

Exhaustion: cause the survivor to be exhausted and slowed down by 10%/15%.

On the other hand I would change it so it recharge even if running but at a slower rate -5%/-10%.

    Eum F13 is harder than DbD imo lol

    There's no insta heal, iframe and when you go down, you're actually dead. Only problem with F13 is all the trolling.
