They obtained their likeness so I highly doubt Joe Keery and Natalia Dyer won't voice Steve and Nancy.
However, the devs managed to obtain Danny Glover's license for Detective Tapp but Tapp wasn't voiced by Danny Glover.
Proof:
I just thought I'd update you and confirm that the original actor/actress won't be voicing their own characters.

Dave on one of his twitter threads, I'll try and post a link here shortly.
I think I've seen it
He said something along the lines of "I can't confirm this yet" that doesn't necessarily mean that they're not being voiced by Joe and Natalia
Here's the link, hopefully this works as intended.

Check my recent post that wasn't directed towards you, it's sadly pretty crystal clear.
Tapp is supposed to look like Danny Glover? He sure doesn't to me.
Oh man that sucks, I'm still not 100% on this though, I'm staying at a 50/50 until the PTB comes out and we hear their voices.
I honestly care more about having their likeness attached to a character but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a tad bit disappointed but ultimately I can understand.
True, at least we got Steve to look like Joe Keery...
And at least Quentin looks like Charlie Heaton (Jonathon Byers) 😂
Oof, poor Charlie, I would not want to look like Gollu- I mean in game Quentin.
Uh, UHHHH- 🤬.
In game Quentin still looks better than your typical Meghead, Katehead and Blendettehead
