... put B&C in the shrine of secrets before the DLC release. In lvl 18-20 is almost 3-4k always for killers, and with B&C is 100% for sure. New survivors can't counter B&C

Good, new players can just learn to counter BBQ now.
BBQ is easily countered, even new players can do that. It's not a strong perk gameplay-wise anymore, often only good for the bloodpoints.
