    Just another doc terror perk. And it’s bloodpoint boost is ass. Considering it’s only in game, and only pig doesn’t usually max deviousness

    Good only on Doc, useless on the other killers (especially Freddy).

    Love it on my doc (combined with M&A) and use it on the trapper sometimes.

    Always use it in a combination with Unnerving Presence. Provides the best results. If you plan to use it with Unnerving, just keep it limited to the doctor.
