I don't know if a topic about it already exist, but in doubt...

So, we know that Pharmacy allow us to search though chest faster and more silently, so it's a good perk BUT... the noise when we open the chest is still there, and makes the perk less efficient.

So it would be nice if the dev reduce this noise too ^^

    Well, it's designed so that if the killer comes by when you're searching, you're less likely to be found out. It's not designed to stop them from knowing what you're doing.

    I do think it needs a buff though, maybe make it so that the items you get are always good ones, like Plunderer's used to be, but only medkits. That way it has its' niche.
