Ghostface stealth w/ chase music?

Is it intended to have chase music when playing as Ghostface in stealth mode when you find a survivor? I don't remember it being like that. Like I think on the killers hear the music and the survivors don't. It just throws me off when playing now.

    If the chase started (aka you're chasing the survivor even in stealth mode) then the music should start playing.

    the survivors hear the chase music when you initiate a chase, but there is no heartbeat, so there is no indicator to the survivor as to how close you are (as your Red Stain is also blocked)
