Okay so this is assuming you do have friends that love you and you have at least 2 of them.
so you go for the usually Sprint Burst, Bond, Adrenaline, and Urban Evasion. (I will explain in a moment
You ask your friend to put on Streetwise, Vigil, Leader, and Prove Thyself.
you then ask your friend David to put on Aftercare and Up the Ante. Ask him to heal you sometime or unhook eachother.
So boom, with bond you go close to your friends and work on the same generator together while having Sprint Burst, Bond, Adrenaline, Urban Evasion, Streetwise, Vigil, Prove Thyself, Aftercare, and Up the Ante all in one.
The only problem is, nobody is going to put on 4 perks that boost somebody else XD

Kindred + Bond with 4x Open Handed is honestly hilarious and I love it. You can truly see forever.
As far as i know only 2 open handed can stack.
