Not happening. Not only would it be a fortune, it would be a huge legal battle.
Well, the devs usually wont respond on here. Let alone with ACTUAL info.
So your best bet is to listen to the communuty.
Or do any research into the lawsuit.
Or any of the hundreds of OTHER posts about this "specific wording".

Sorry that you're asking the devs but not us, lovely community. But i shall answer why not.

Fun fact: Trapper was a placeholder for Jason when they were first making the game... then Friday the 13th the game came out... and then died... It's unlikely Jason will ever be added to DBD.

I know. The fact there was a competing game at the time featuring Jason just might show if Jason will come here.
Actually lads, Legal reasons isn't stopping BHVR, they just need the license. But Jason being in another game isn't what is preventing him from coming here.
