Nurse is far from the worst killer on console. Shes just not the best.

It was data from 7 days not from even a full month. They clearly stayed this at the top also saying draw your own conclusion based on this Info. The details in this are wonky at best due to the short period of time used also this was during a free weekend. Nor did it say anything about Kills per match on the one your using as your base conclusion. Nurse is harder on console but that does not make her efficent at killing it means less people are using her overall.
I'd rather console versions just get access to KB+M as a controller option.
My friend has a set up for it, but he got some sorta adapter for it. Not really sure where he got it or what model it is. He got it for a different game though iirc.
