Returning player, ######### queue times

Howdy, have just come back to DBD after a long break, was excited to get back into playing after building a new pc recently. Obviously with time away back at rank 20. Currently have been waiting patiently for a single survivor to show up for an hour. Have remade the lobby once or twice in case it had bugged. Is the game dead at low levels? How do I get up to playable ranks if I can't get a game at low ranks?

    Howdy brother!

    Nothing much has changed around the corner, I invite you to get reacquainted with the system, it hasn't changed much though. Q times have been slowly dealt with, but nothing out of the world has changed since you've been gone. New things to utilize though! Q times are annoying and I'm always like "#########"! Haha.
