Unlikely, as there is an add-on for Freddy that does what you are looking for and actually gives hard numbers, so it wouldn't make sense if those hard numbers were inaccurate because M&A altered them.
It would be cool but I think it only affects his terror radius.
Probably not. The devs wouldn't dare give him synergy with anything.
