Killer and survivor AFK both doors

Hi everyone so I am currently in a game on PS4,the game is being held hostage by a killer on one door and a survivor on the other door, me and my friend cannot es ecape as the doors are blocked, where can I report this to ? Also have video footage of the whole game we’re the rest is just sabotage and teaming

My suggestion is to leave the match, report them through the in game report system and contact the support here https://support.deadbydaylight.com with evidence.

It's really ridiculous how far people go just to destroy a match for others. That's not only holding hostage but also teaming with the opponents.

Now i wonder how the devs will fix this.

I mean, they nerfed Killer collision on Basement stairs to avoid stuff exactly like this.

Its a rare scenario, report them, i never got a situation like this in 3,500hours on pc..

me and my friend tried everything possible but could not get the killer or surviour to move and nothing,
