A Friend got Permanent Banned.
A player been playing since 2016.
the reason may be bloodpoint hack.
He said in ancient DBD times, sav lost is common and frequent.
He did that to got his 4-perk sis claudette back.
He did it for one time and never again.
If it is truly nessasary to take a so severe punishment for a bad behavior retrospect to years ago?

Don't hack the game and you'll be fine, honestly way-back-when the devs would refund your points and you'd be good to go, but he decided to hack, there's no going back.
