The deep wound timer starts to go down if I'm in a chase and I use the Tinkerer skill or Beast of Prey or Dark Devotion?

All these abilities allow you to decrease the terror radius to 0 for a certain time except Beast of Prey, i do not know if it reduces the terror radius too

    Only perk I can see working is tinkerer but it's only 12 seconds and the deep wounds timer is 30 seconds so the perk would have to activate 3 times for you to down one survivor.

    I think it's fine.
