Put skill checks in to heal from the deep wound (like T3 doctor madness)

Make them hit with the skill 3/4 times the survivor goes into a dying state

Reduce the terror radius by 28 in the normal state and 32 with feral frenzy

The addon "Smiley Face Pin" Change the effect by which they produce the perk knock out. Status Effect for 60 seconds.
