When you said you Brightened cosmetics colors...
I had no Idea that you made did it for the killers as well. Killers didn't need their costumes lighter, because the only characters that used dark costumes to blend into the environment were the survivors. Killers have a bright red light beacon emanating from their heads, and aren't even trying to hide anywhere (save for GF), as they are constantly moving around trying to find survivors. I check my inventory today and discover that the Legion Black mask has been made bright grey, and worst offender is the Muddy Black hag skin (which I adored) is completely gone! I spent Shards/Auric cells on those cosmetics, and now they either don't make my characters look menacing, or are completely absent!
How the hell was that cosmetic ever an unfair advantage for her? She jump scares people with traps, and still has a red stain, If anything it only made her creepier, not advantaged against survivors. What the hell was she gonna do? Hide in a corner with insidious and wait for survivors to come by not noticing her because she blended into the environment so well? As funny as that would've been, its really counter productive for her play style.
Meanwhile survivors like blendette were hiding in plain sight becoming one with the environments color schemes, so killers would walk right past em without even knowing they were there. I completely understood those cosmetics getting changed/brightened up, but brighter colors on the killers is just stupid. After all, they're the ones playing the Seeker in the Hide n' Seek aspect of this game.
Edit: never mind about the Hag skin, found it, it wasn't showing up as a set, just pieces (splintered set). still its brighter and less menacing, so i overreacted on that one. Just had a knee jerk reaction when i thought it was missing. Going through all my killer and survivors outfits to make sure nothing is gone. Still, I don't see any reason to make the killers cosmetic brighter.

I don't think Legion ever had a black mask, and Hag's skin went from black too a very dark blue, which you would not even notice most of the time. The changes really aren't that big a deal, but anyone asking for a refund on a skin that costs 1.35$ is entitled. The skins and changes are fine, and the skins that were changed look good still. There are much more important things too talk about then this IMO.
The black mask on the legion is part of the Moldy set, It wasn't pitch black, just about as dark as their jackets, which looked great on pink haired Susie, and other than looking cool, gave no advantages to her.
Behavior wont refund no matter what assuming you agreed to the EULA you should start reading them because information regarding refunds is in there once you agree to the EULA they have the right to change anything you've bought and theres nothing you can really do about it as you agreed to the EULA.
Stealth killers need to be as dark and edgy as possible
