New killer idea, kind of based off jack the ripper?
The Ripper
Height: Normal
Terror radius: 4m
Speed: 110%
Killer Power: Night Shadow
“No-one caught him, he planned to keep it that way.”
Night Shadow is The Ripper’s ability, helping him sneak up on survivors as long as he can single them out.
Stage 1:
While unobserved, you have a tremendously reduced terror radius (4 meters) and are invisible.
When a survivor looks in your direction whilst within 32 meters of you (note: like GF’s detection but full screen and through walls):
They are able to hear your terror radius to a range of 16 meters
They are able to see you.
Killer Instinct triggers on them, revealing whoever’s looking at you, as well as anyone in an 8 meter radius
Persists for 5 seconds after looking away.
When a survivor directly observes you at any range (Like GF without a timer):
The survivor hears your terror radius to a range of 32 meters
They are able to see you
Killer instinct triggers on them, revealing their location for 5 seconds after they look away
Stage 2:
When 2+ survivors directly observe you:
You become permanently invisible
You cannot interact with survivors (you can still break pallets and damage generators), except if they're exposed by stage 2
You lose your terror radius
All survivors trigger the killer instinct icon until less then 2 survivors are looking directly look at you.
After you become invisible, when you are unobserved, you can trigger your ability. Once triggered:
Your ability resets to stage 1.
Every survivor who observed you while invisible becomes exposed for 30 seconds. This effect immediately ends when someone is downed.
Perks:
Insanity:
Your bloodlust for the survivors drives you mad. When you miss a lunge without running into a wall, You can immediately chain another lunge without recovering up to 1/2/3 extra lunges. Lunge recovery cooldown will stack afterwards/stack afterwards/stack but have a 10% reduction. Cannot be used with abilities (eg nurse after teleporting or Legion in Feral Frenzy)
Stalker:
Watching them from afar fills you with morbid delight. For every second you watch a survivor without being in a chase, this perk recovers 3/5/7%. In a chase, this perk drains by 3/3/2.5% per second. You can see the aura of the person you are chasing until the chase ends or this perk loses all it’s charge.
Murderer’s delight:
Your bloodlust for the survivors drives you insane, to the point you will not listen to the entity, no matter what punishment it threatens.
Every time you hit a survivor, gain a token. For every token over 10, gain a movement speed bonus of 0.2/0.3/0.4%. At 15 tokens, whenever you hit a survivor, get a killer instinct notification of 1/2/3 other survivors. After 20 tokens, every 3 tokens allows you to kill 1 survivor by your own hand

Any feedback?
His power is a wraith and stalking mashup, from what i understood, this means it doesnt help him while in chase. Plus, with two stalk-based killers it would sound reduntant. To the perks: insanity, it could be useful against deadhard, but only if they dont sprint to a pallet, but in this case dh can be countered by simply waiting; stalker, from what i understood, at tier 3, max stacks i could see survivor aura for only 2,5 seconds, thats too low plus its too situational, you could waste all those stacks at the fence loop in thompsons house (but the idea of aura reading in chase its good); murder's delight, too many stacks required, i dont even know if the average match reaches that number, plus you should probably distinguish between power attacks and m1, and after 20 tokens, you mori one survivor, so youre back at 17 tokens, this means you have to get other 3 before moring right? Too slow, considering that every benefits starts after 10 hit, its just a worse devour, which makes sense actually since its not an hex perk.
@YaiPa Thanks for the feedback To clarify some things
Stalker can collect up to 100% worth, what's altered is it's collecting and expenditure rate. At tier 3, max charge, it lasts for 40 seconds
Murderer's Delight is meant to be a perk you'd base your strategy around if you ran it. It gains a token every hit, whether it's a down or just an injury, so if they heal that's just an extra hit. You could toy with it or use it as an endgame. It can complement a slugging build, or be used of builds where you're most powerful at the end of a game.
