Should pwyf persist after the obsessions death like stbfl?
I really think they should honestly.
optimally you'll likely only get to keep two tokens (a significant increase nonetheless) upon the obsessions death, unless they jump in a locker or vault close enough to be pulled off. but keep in mind you still have to lose chase with them atleast twice.
Sure its a 10% (usually max) speed increase, maybe 5% if the obsession heals before their final hook. but being able to keep that, after their death (via hook or mori) would be a nice tweak to make the perk far more useful.

it's a movement speed buff. ######### letting that be permanent.
Why should this be the case?
You lose your PWYF-Tokens not only when doing offensive actions vs your Obsession.
For losing chase purposefully up to at maximum 3 times, against a person you might not even see most of the match? i say let it be. its already a weak enough perk, this would just make for a good alternative vs sloppy, ruin, make your choice, enduring/spirit fury and all the other uber meta perks, and considering how late game this perks permanent nature may come into play? i see it as an alright buff, like keep in mind if you play suboptimally your going to have either no tokens or one, and one token is just above noed in speed which is not op in the slightest. if you play optimally you will have 10% speed which is a good solid reward, and if you get incredibly lucky you might get a permanent 15% which should be a solid reward for playing well, and getting lucky
BHVR practically butchers killers over 10% MS. There is not a chance in hell they will allow a perk that does this for free.
I think you are severely underestimating the importance of MS in this game.
This perk can make most killers that really need pressure powerful. Clown is the best example here, he's probably the best anti-loop killer but weak to put pressure.
