So after maining Nurse in the past
After playing the rest of the killers for long time and now switching back to my Nurse i came to realization that Nurse really has the highest skill cap not saying she s hard at controlling but rather if you know how to play killer effectively playing Nurse pays off big time.

Nurse-Spirit-Billy. Highest skill caps and highest payoffs. As it should be.
Yet Nurse is very strong even without any addons.
I would say to an experienced Nurse, yes. I find her very difficult without add-ons, but I'm just learning. People tend to just outrun my default blink range.
