What Ghostfaces 3rd stage perk, "Furtive Chase", should be.
You become obsessed with one Survivor.
You lurk in the shadows, eliminating your victims one by one.
When your Obsession is hit, Furtive Chase receives a Token, up to a maximum of 2/3/4 Tokens.
Pressing the active ability button spends 1 token. When a token is spent, your terror radius is reduced by 4/6/8m for 8/10/12 (alternate values could be 12/14/16) seconds. This perk stacks on itself.
When a Survivor rescues the Obsession from a Hook, the rescuer becomes the Obsession. You cannot gain any more tokens when your obsession is sacrificed or killed
The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.

Or just make it a permanent reduction in all situations but at a lower number. Like 1-2 meters per unique survivor hooked. Like bbq stacks.
Problem is neither of our ideas really fit the mid chase theme of the perk
Furtive Chase can give Doctor a 4m terror radius while in a chase. :3

Like said, it should be like Barbecue but terror radius cut downs. No chase.
Not if you're playing the "Ninja Doc" build (M&A + Calm 3, Calm 2 add-on's), which already reduces his TR to 12m in punishment mode outside of a chase.
