Tunnel down someone who has BT. Or frenzy hit than m1 them. I think that the BT change makes it not a legion thing so the achievement is now misleading and something else should be there that's legion-specific.
It's now easier to do than ever. Hell, you might even do it purely by accident in a single game if you're trying to slug as Legion but it's not going your way. All you have to do is down people with deep wounds on them. Which is the majority of the downs that Legion gets now, and also what happens if you run into somebody unhooked with borrowed time and can't find the unhooker or just elect to tunnel.
Hell you don't even have to be playing Legion to get it since borrowed time activates the same deep wound effects as feral frenzy any killer can now get this achievement if the survivors have borrowed time

O. That actually does sound doable. does this mean you don't even have to down the survivor with your special power? :o
Nope.
Achievement hasn't changed on xbox tho, so for us poor souls it's near impossible atm until the achievement changes
