I know whens the PTB, but when is the chapter? estimate?
The current plan is to release it on all platforms on June 18th.

Also for future reference: their current release schedule is to do a PTB, then 2 weeks later release the PTB changes to Live.
So this cycle is: PTB on the 4th. Release on the 18th.
