[I'm curious to know what people would do in certain situations. I'll compile the results of those who reply all the questions. And I plan on doing more. Starting with Freddy since he'll be changed soon]

Pretend you're in a match as killer, at your rank, vs people of the same rank.

You are playing the nightmare, the 4th gen has just been completed as you sacrifice your first survivor. The 3 remaining survivors are in the dream state, so you see them get to a generator each, and they each fail a check at the same time. Each survivor has been hooked once. They need to complete 1 gen, the remaining generators have no progress yet. And you do not have a Mori.

1. How do you go about winning this.

2. What do you realistically expect the outcome to be.

3. Which perks do you wish you had.

4. Which add-ons do you wish you had.

5. Which map do you wish this was.

6. How much of a difference would there be with 2 survivors left instead.

    Sleep them all again and get them to blow another skill check on that gen. Survivors get very attached to gens that are almost done so take advantage of that. Let them come to you. Hit them and let them run off while the gen regresses. If you can down someone, leave them slugged and get another to hook. It's winnable, but honestly if you are that point in the game your will be in the losing position.

    Most killers wouldn't be able to do much about this situation either.

    1. Run noED (even though its not that optimal on freddy in a situation where the game is pretty much over) Blood Warden cause...at this point you're gonna have to pray. Thanatophobia to stack with his basic power kit and pop goes the weasel. Plus prayer....lots of prayer. Theres no logical way to win this unless you start an altruism loop and whittle people down. But that last gen is going to get done, you probably have enough time before that last gen pops to get maybe 2 hooks and if you don't pressure that last guy you won't get any more than that. Either way the last gen is going to get done, and from there you'll have nothing left but NoED to carry you hoping to start another altruism loop. You're not gonna have enough time in most cases to sleep each person at their gen, and the amount of regression for a skillcheck wont matter.
    2. Its pretty much over at this point and because it even reached that long you have to question your build in the first place and stack more altruism punishment and free heals with sloppy butcher and franklins etc.

    4. nothing you have as add ons will help this situation...because you let it get this far, you should have been running jump ropes and swing chains but now you're boned....
    5. Any map with a close 3 gen
    6. A HUGE difference 2 survivors are way easier to force into altruism and get them off your god damn gen, if they dont choose altruism their friend dies. Instead of with 3 where 1 guy can be a hero while the 1 guy stays to work giving the survivors 2 benefits at once.....

    This situation is winnable depending on addons and perks. With them all spread to different gens, especially if at least 1 gen is far from the others, you can pretty much accept that they WILL get the last gen done, and also with Adrenaline being so Meta, assume they all have it. Class photo and NOED though can help you out when that last gen pops though. Sleeping survivors will open the gates at half speed, and the class photo will let ya tag all 3. Without gens to fail skillchecks on, they wont be able to wake up easily and chances are, alot of the pallets around the map are gone by now. This is when you use class photo to sleep them all and start slugging with the NOED. Ive done this exact thing before with 4 survivors still alive in the endgame, which ended up with 4 survivors slugged and then hooked.
