Small QoL change for Small Game

No, I am not talking about the "Small Game should show how many totems are left on the map" idea.

Just make it so that Small Game doesnt trigger on the thing you are interacting with. In other words, dont ding at me for having the totem I am cleansing on my field of view. I often have to look above and behind me, when I would prefer to be on the lookout for any approaching Killer.

    Great idea! I was using Small Game for some time and this thing was annoying me. I think it'd be 100% fair for this perk
