Do perks that affect terror radius, like Insidious and Monitor and Abuse, also affect Freddy's lullaby or are they useless unless a survivor is in the dream world?

    I feel like I've seen the answer to this before and the short answer was no, they only affect dream world survivors. Freddy's lullaby is consistent

    Freddy's lullaby might actually be Freddy's Terror Radius in the Real World, you won't hear the heartbeat until you're also in the Dream World with him. Otherwise, it's just the lullaby.

    They don't.

    I play freddy with Insidious,and that perk only works with survivors who are asleep

    He's right. All Terror Radius perks have no effect whatsoever towards the lullaby, yet they do effect survivors who have been put it Dream State. Sucks, but at least the Crimson Brush exists
