Limited Perk Usage and Perk Display in lobby
How about that?
Not everyone can use the same perk. For example: Reduce the usage count of MoM on one or two Survivor within a team (because everyone is raging about it but I think if just ONE surv use this perk than we don't need a nerf).
BUT: To improve solo queues we can add a display in the survivor lobby where you can see the equiped perks of your team mates.
I think, in that way the balancing of the perks would be more easy for the devs because they don't have to calculate the power of a perk in different usage counts within a team.

How would the game react to 2 people having the same perk in the lobby?
It wouldn't be possible. You can choose your perk not until you're in the killer lobby.
