Didn't there used to be a Shape addon that lets you keep some Evil within points when you return to Tier 2, so you don't need to stalk as much to return to Tier 3?

I swear I remember there was something like that when I started playing Myers and Killers in general. And I can not find any addons that does that.

Or maybe I am having false memories.

Any add ons that required more stalk kept that extra stalk after the first tier 3 usage.
