Do the Devs HAVE TO play DBD?

I mean, let’s say they do. Are they “allowed” to be killer mains or survivor mains or do they have to play both equally? Do they play more SWF or Solo?

i only ask this as it’s human nature to have some sort of lingering bias when considering nerfs/buffs.

They play both sides, as I understand it. And they have a lot more hours than anyone else.
