Billy boy has a problem

I've always thought that "how powerful something is should be porportional to how hard it is to use" was a good principle for videogames to follow.

So that's my problem with Billy. He's too strong, even with a low skill floor. He's basically the second best killer, and he's more powerful than Hag, Huntress and Spirit, three killers whose skill floors are way, way bigger.

So what's my suggestion to fix this? 110% speed.

This would not affect people who are good with Billy and that can control his chainsaw to get cheeky downs during chases because they know exactly how the chainsaw handles. However, it would fix babies that pick Billy and have an easy time because of how low his skill floor currently is, because of how easy he is to pick up and play. At 110%, they can't mindlessly M1 during chases, and have to dedicate time and effort into mastering the chainsaw, just like Spirits need to master the phasing and Huntresses need to master the hatchets.

A top tier killer should have a high skill ceiling, but a higher than average skill floor too. They should require mastery and patience to even do somewhat well with, so they can truly reward those who master them.
