What Legion's power should've been

Since the Legion is such a hot topic because of the upcoming changes. Here is a full rework idea:

All 4 members of the Legion should be present in the game. The player can inhabit one member of the Legion at a time. All other Legion characters would stand motionless and have no collision (much like Doctor's illusions)

Power would be a Hybrid of Feral Frenzy/Deep Wound after the upcoming changes, when Feral Frenzy is on cooldown (or some other generic timer: 30sec, 1min, etc) the player can choose to leave the current member of the Legion and inhabit another member of the Legion somewhere on the map.
