Hatching closing

This is a bit of an old topic and I might get a lot of heat from it but honestly the version where if the killer close the hatch exit dates would get powered was a lot better thsn the current system we have, it just need a bit of fine tuning.

It encouraged the use of endgame perks for both sides.

It meant the survivor didn't have to play draw the game out for as long as possible trying to do with gen

Opened up a lot of sneaky Tactics survivors could use to try to keep the killers attention on one door whilst stay open the other

Sorry to be this guy but if the Killer put you in a situation where you are forced to use hatch the killer has already won.

The same way if the survivors complete all generators the killer essentially lost so they should have had more difficult time in endgame without endgame perks the back them up

Hell even it would give the Devs the massive incentive to buff perks like wake up and hope turning them into very powerful endgame tools. ( Also a buff to wake up could also help deal with things like remember me )

No, no it wasn't. That was a terrible idea. Powering the exit gates is just as much a free escape as the hatch is bar the rare exception when you just get lucky and both gates happen to be right next to each other which is not the norm.

If he's already won then why should you be escaping? You are literally admitting you lost, you should be dead. We don't need free escapes.
