What would be the benefit for the killer when the red stain is hidden when they aren't in a chase?
Isn't it more useful to not have the red stain while in a chase?
I thinks it's good right now
It should be tied to a button and you should have complete control over it. Whenever you want to activate or disable it, you should be able to do so.
That might be 'overpowered' for the perk itself but in order to compete with other perks like ruin, BBQ, enduring + spirit fury combo, NOED, bamboozle etc. it has to be that powerful.
My opinion.
