Whats the hidden criteria to succesfully execute a headon stun everytime?
ive been using it regularly now and it seems so inconsistent has anyone done an indepth testing of this?

Three seconds to activate the perk, within reasonable range, or release when the radius of the locker. When you do that, and the killer still walks away, but you do the head on animation, you have succesfully used the perk.
3 seconds of being in a locker. The perk seems to have a 3-5 meter radius of range.
If anyone stuns me... via locker I'll be sure to tunnel and camp them. Hardcore.
The perk's radius is a joke and it doesn't even have priority over a killer grab like #########

The perk is designed well, but should work instantly with Quick and Quiet.
It's area of effect is pretty massive and quite forgiving.
