Please know before I get into anything that I don’t complain about this game much. I love this game, and I appreciate the work the goes into it.

But the current states of the ranking and matchmaking systems are completely broken. When I play killer, I get a whole team at red ranks. When I play survivor, I get a red rank killer but brand new teammates.

When I play SWF, we wait “less than 1 minute” for 20 minutes, only to get molten ping, busted lobbies, or a killer who dodges.

I want to play the game. I enjoy playing the game. But it’s like pulling teeth at the moment to even find a halfway decent match.

Please look at the mechanics of matchmaking and how the emblem changes have affected the wait times. Because right now, it is kind of a mess.
