You mean something that be could potentially assimilated to a new game mode ?
You have to give Devs time for it, you have to wait another 3 years.
Honestly, I'd rather a game mode with new mechanics, objectives, etc. The same old DBD with stuff taken out here and there doesn't do it for me. Besides, you can do your own perkless mode in the game now by unequipping everything.
