Camping while not a fun experience for someone being camped is a viable and legitimate strategy. Also it is not cost free as it you suffering reduction in points, waste time pressuring and downing others, it actually already takes longer for people to die when they are getting camped unless they struggle, and due to the nature of the game time spent camping is usually a total game loss. What you are suggesting would become something that people would use to hold the game hostage with or worse people would just dc even more on both sides. Which this game doesn't need.
yes, stop hook progress if the killer is within 10 meters of the hook, and stop gen progress when the killer is in a chase. i love both of these ideas.
