Does dark devotion work on an obsession thats been put into the dying state

if so, myers just got a whole lot more scary... insta down infectious fright dark devotion myers.

    Hitting the Obsession with your basic attack causes the Obsession to emit a Terror Radius of 32 metres for 20 seconds. This effect can only be triggered once every 60/45/30 seconds.

    This is from the wiki. (I didn't take all the parts)

    So if you hit them for the first time, there will be a timer and during that timer if you hit them again and down them, it won't reactivate.

    You either have to go EW3 and down them or wait 30 seconds to activate the timer again.

    Infectious fright + Dark devotion seems to be a good combo for Myers and I want to try it tbh. All of the new killer's perks are interesting and well designed imo.

    It'd only really be decent for EW3 because Monitor & Abuse does enough the rest of the time.

    Infectious Fright in general seems like a good perk. Spirit, Nurse, Hag, Myers, Pig, a lot of killers can make use of it. The only ones that won't are Billy/LF and Huntress because the use their power to down you usually.

    However, with Myers I think it would only be good when he is in tier 3. In tier 1/2 his TR is small so less chance someone is inside it to scream.

    That's the thing, use both perks and have your terror raidus transfer to the obsession while you have stealthy insta down.

    Put on distressing for the scream radius to be louder
