Hmmmmm...If you don’t have any useful totem perks, which isn’t a lot, I’d say get Ruin first if you want to play Spirit. It’s good to combine it with Haunted Ground to trick the survivors and get some easy one hits off of them

Get ruin first. However, you can play spirit with out the need of ruin.

I'd still say go for Ruin. She doesn't need it, but it's still nice to ensure the game goes by a little slower.

Spirit is my favorite killer to play as right now!

Definitely go for Ruin first. Ruin is vital especially at higher ranks. As long as they dont cleanse it straight away
