Grabbing people with active borrowed time?

Is it a bug or intentional? I never was able to grab an injured survivor who has borrowed time.

    Maybe it’s a bug, I think it works the same way if survivors have the exposed status effect and are healthy

    I think it would be intentional as it's their actions that are prompting the opportunity.

    Considering that there's nothing in the perk text about protection from grabbing people directly (such as from a locker), my gut tells me that it's intentional
